Minecraft Infinity Breath

This glitch in Minecraft, shown to me by a friend, is incradibly helpful when hiding from a player in pvp or exploring an ocean.  Using minimal supplies, you can breath infinitely underwater.  All that you need is a torch and two blocks of dirt.

While underwater, simply place the two blocks of dirt on a flat surface in front of you.  When your breath runs low, place the torch on the upper block while standing next to the blocks.  You must be standing with your character’s head in the same “block” area of water as the torch.  The torch will break almost instantly, but you will receive a full breath of air.  Collect the torch, and move on.

This will actually work without the blocks of dirt, as long as your head is in the same “block” as the torch.
